Customer management

Administrative system ISP admin enables the efficient management of contacts and clients. The clients are clearly organized according to routers, interface type, adjusted rate and other criteria. Each client has also their rate adjusted in a pre - set list, which is divided to the rates for WIFI users and for users connected through a cable television. The user list is also possible to search and thereby you may find any information effectively and simply.

Introduction
It contains general information about a user and a state of system utilization.

- system information (user logged in, licence)
- services (common information about the services of the Internet, CATV, DVBC and VOIP, plus on the number of users)
- routers (number of on – line and off - line ones and total routers in the system)
- planning(survey of all the planned tasks solved or unsolved and a total summary)
- information on users (users online, offline, in total, the ones with the reduction of speed and/or with services suspended)
- invoicing (the number of invoices made out, settled, unsettled or overdue)
- planning (survey of all the task not fulfilled by the user)
- noticeboard (a quick access to noticeboard messages)

Noticeboard
The informative page for engineers to leave messages, advice and other useful information (addition, editing and clearing contributions). Clients cannot see this noticeboard.

Contacts
The list of users placed to the system with wide filtering and searching possibilities based on criteria submitted (e.g. according to name, group, state, date, client numbers etc.).

Internet ,CATV ,DVBC and VOIP services
Each of the services mentioned is given the list of the users that make use of the service. Of course, there are again extensive content filtering and searching possibilities according to criteria submitted, what enables transparent work with larger numbers of users.

Universal service
A new service, which does not come under any of the services already defined (Internet, CATV, etc.), is possible to set in this bookmark. It is the service that is repeated regularly and consequently it invoices the client (e.g. webhosting, network management, etc.).

If a new user is added, the system will automatically carry out a technical setting of the client to the router. In practice it means, that the target router is attached, permission of the client IP address on the firewall is given, QOS is set, the speed is limited and DHCP server is set. The client then can just activate the net interface setting via DHCP and the setting is accomplished automatically.

If it is a cable television user, a booting configuration file with correct speed settings is created automatically. During the client´s installation is enough only to connect a cable modem that boots itself. Afterwards the net configuration via DHCP is set and thus the installation is finished.

The Installation of cable clients is possible to carry out yet in another way. The modem is added to „so – called“installation modems. By doing so, a booting file for the modem is created, which boots anywhere in the net. A computer connected through the installation modem can boot, but it is possible the get only to the ISP admin administration via the web browser. There the client joins the system and the IP address and other data are set. The modem then automatically reboots and the client´s PC gets the new IP address. After this restart the connection is fully functional.
