ISP ADMIN includes the module for transparent task organization and recording problems incurred for service engineers. After setting the entry rights to the planning (setting / administrators) a head engineer, or e.g. assistance service, can plan tasks for all engineers. They have an access into their daily schedule of work, where they may find out what, when and where it is necessary to solve a problem on the appropriate day. Survey - survey of the work planned for service engineers Working load - working load of all engineers Add - addition plan for service engineers The list of engineers is set in the bookmark "Setting / administrators". The records in the table in different colours by the type provide an overview and easy manipulation with all records scheduled for a particular day (disorders, installation, interference...). Every period of time is divided into half - hourly intervals. Provided that the activity is not chronologically specified, the engineer´s activity can be typed in the cell "unspecified" and left the space for personal layout and implementation.
